This is a nice story using present simple and present continuous. It also shows you how to ask basic questions and use question words such as “where”, “who”, etc.
“Does he live in the building?”

However, you have to pay attention to the spelling of certain words.
For example, “closes” (not “cloese” at 7:26) and “something” (not “somethings” at 9:20) are misspelt.
